Six private sessions to build a business where strategy commands the conversation, clients trust your leadership, and your expertise is valued far beyond aesthetics.
It doesn’t teach you how to position your expertise, lead client decisions, or build a business around the value you create.
That’s where I come in.
Picture your business twelve weeks from now.
A twelve-week private engagement for designers with established skill and entrepreneurial ambition. This is the same framework I used to build my own business, combining design, finance, entrepreneurship, and real estate investing into a strategic approach that creates measurable value for clients and lasting growth for your firm.
The most successful designers earn their place by helping clients solve their problems, the kind that protect the investment and create lasting value. That’s what separates a designer from a trusted advisor.
I built my practice on the principle most designers were trained to avoid: talk about the money. When you can show a client where their investment should go and why, you stop presenting options for approval and start advising. They extend you the trust they’d give their attorney, and they pay accordingly.
My background is in corporate finance, which trained me to evaluate every decision through the lens of value. As an entrepreneur, a real estate investor, and a designer who manages her own project execution, I’ve built my career where design, business, and investment intersect.
That perspective produced my framework: every design decision should earn its place.
I work with homeowners, investors, and entrepreneurs who expect more than beautiful interiors. They want clarity, strategy, and leadership they can trust, and they hand me complete projects because I lead them completely, from evaluating the space through directing the trades on site.
I’m currently pursuing NCIDQ certification, the professional credential in interior design, and this fall I step into the role of NCIDQ Prep Chair for the ASID Texas Chapter.
I coach designers the way I run projects. You’ll learn to think like a business owner and communicate like a strategic advisor, so your practice commands real influence and the fees that follow.
Beautiful design is expected. The greatest return doesn’t come from better finishes. It comes from better decisions.
My exact frameworks and language for redirecting a client while deepening their trust.
The professional discipline that keeps you composed under pressure and persuasive in every room.
You’ll walk a job site and know what you’re looking at. When a contractor pushes back or the schedule slips, you make the call yourself. That’s what a premium fee actually buys.
