At Audacious Designs, we deliver a refined, high-touch design experience rooted in excellence, intention, and professionalism. Each project is thoughtfully curated and strategically reserved within our calendar to ensure exceptional service.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to provide clarity and mutual protection. By engaging our services, submitting payment, or purchasing digital products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
To initiate any design project, a non-refundable retainer is required.
Retainers:
Secure your placement within our design calendar
Compensate for creative direction, strategic planning, research, onboarding, and administrative preparation
Are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances
Because we intentionally limit the number of projects we accept, reserving your project prevents us from committing that time to another client.
Work will not begin until a signed agreement and required retainer have been received.
All full-service design clients enter into a separate, written Design Services Agreement (Contract) prior to project commencement.
That agreement:
Contains detailed project-specific terms
Includes payment schedules, procurement terms, timelines, and termination provisions
Serves as a legally binding contract between Audacious Designs and the client
In the event of any inconsistency between this Refund & Cancellation Policy and an executed Design Services Agreement, the terms of the signed Contract shall control.
This policy is supplemental to — and does not replace — any executed client agreement.
If cancellation occurs after signing the agreement but before active design work has started:
The retainer remains non-refundable.
Any additional payments beyond the retainer may be refunded at our sole discretion, less administrative or preparation costs incurred.
If cancellation occurs after design services have commenced:
The retainer remains non-refundable.
The client is responsible for payment for all services performed through the date of cancellation.
All outstanding invoices become immediately due.
Any purchases, orders, or financial commitments made on the client’s behalf must be paid in full.
All design concepts, drawings, renderings, mood boards, specifications, and other intellectual property developed prior to cancellation remain the exclusive property of Audacious Designs and may not be used, shared, or executed without written consent.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has occurred.
Cancellations made less than 24–48 hours prior to the appointment are non-refundable.
With adequate notice (minimum 24–48 hours), one reschedule may be granted as a courtesy.
We carefully source furnishings, materials, and décor from trusted vendors and artisans.
Please note:
All custom, made-to-order, bespoke, and special-order items are final sale and non-refundable.
Deposits for procurement are non-refundable once orders are placed.
Returns (if permitted) are subject strictly to vendor policies.
Restocking fees, shipping costs, return shipping, storage, and related expenses are the responsibility of the client.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by circumstances beyond our control.
Audacious Designs is not liable for delays, damages, defects, or performance issues caused by third-party vendors, manufacturers, contractors, or shipping carriers. We will reasonably assist in facilitating resolutions when possible.
All digital products, downloadable materials, design plans, templates, courses, guides, or other digital content are final sale and non-refundable.
Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital access:
No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.
Purchases may not be transferred or resold.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
By purchasing digital content, you expressly acknowledge that all sales are final.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our sole discretion if:
Payment obligations are not met
Contractual terms are violated
Communication becomes abusive, inappropriate, or unprofessional
Project conditions become unsafe, unlawful, or unethical
Upon termination:
The client will be invoiced for all services rendered through the termination date.
Outstanding balances become immediately due.
Any refundable amount (if applicable) will be issued after deducting earned fees and incurred expenses.
Clients agree to contact Audacious Designs directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Initiating a chargeback for valid services rendered constitutes a breach of agreement and may result in:
Immediate termination of services
Collection efforts for unpaid balances
Recovery of administrative, legal, and collection fees
Legal action where applicable
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Audacious Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for services directly related to that claim.
Clients retain responsibility for final decisions regarding selections, installations, and use of products.
By engaging our services, submitting payment, purchasing digital products, or entering into a project agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
